The module Deny Node Nid Path written by me is now available. With this module you can make sure individual nodes from a certain type can not be visited.

Imagine you have a content type 'Links'. You want to make all the links available on a single page /links, but you don't want visitors or search engines to see the individual nodes on e.g. /node/345. From now on you can use the module Deny Node Nid Path to redirect to another URL.
